I’d like to give a shout out to Nieka & Shontel for getting this young woman to come give Spin a second try and even rode next to her! She came and killed it this morning! So very proud of these young women!
That’s one of the reasons I love our gym and its members, clients, employees, trainers, and managers…. they love and welcome everyone and make sure everyone is taken care of and feel comfortable… joining a gym is scary…. so to know our people go out their way to make sure everyone is successful fills my heart with such joy!!!!!!
