🗓 October 31, 2020 —

📍 Give something new a “Tri” at RevFit Gym 😉

  • Starting at 8am, we will split into two groups and begin working through our first two events.

  • 8:00am to 8:20 am | Group 1 will begin Event 1- swimming simulation exercises. Group 2 will begin Event 2- 20 minutes of spin.

  • Once the first set of events is complete, the groups will SWITCH.

  • 8:20am to 8:40am | Group 1 will begin Event 2. Group 2 will begin Event 1.

  • When the second set of events is complete, both groups will unite and begin the 5k together as a whole.
