My girl Michelle Ochoa is on 🔥🔥🔥 These pictures are from August to today. In 3 months time she is 28 pounds down and 22 inches!
More so than the scale I am proud of her mind changing. She’s beginning to see that this is worth it…that SHE is worth it. She’s learning how to live this lifestyle as something to maintain not just a short term goal.
I’m blessed to watch her journey…she is definitely my warrior…always getting back up and fighting again!
Michelle I can NOT wait to see you hit goal…and you WILL! This time it’s forever! And we work on next goals!
