Crystal Ferguson came back to bootcamp in August…since then she is down 16 pounds and 16.5 inches!
I was so happy when she came back and I’m even more excited to see her progress this time!
She’s down a total of 72 pounds and she’s a beast in the gym! My hard worker for sure!
Crystal keep working..keep staying true to your goals…and begin to see how amazing you are..and don’t ever settle for less than you deserve!
