Celebrated this spirited lady this morning with a vest, a treadmill, a band, and a bar! Lots of accomplishments with a pr in the mix. She went to Bayou Country Super Fest and lost 4 lbs. She ran her fastest mile yet (10 minutes) with the vest!! I am so proud of this woman!!- Leslie Mire
