What a difference a month makes!!!
We called Bakari out in November and told him he had become content, and he deserved to know what his mind and body could be pushed to.
We told him Sacrifice small, your impact on the world will be small. You sacrifice Big, your impact on the world will be big.
What has happened speaks for itself. He made the sacrifice of sugar and fast food – and with that sacrifice, came the reward of his family coming to the gym.
We can’t be more proud, and we smile big in our hearts knowing that Bakari will impact this world in a way that is unimaginable.
